How It Works

Through live interactions with an instructor, exclusive Art Moki videos, and visits from Moki the monkey, students will learn techniques to develop their own style of art making and create artworks that are original and truly their own.

Each series will contain six parts and continue to loop. The projects in each part of the series will always be the same. If your child has completed Series 1.1, sign up for Series 1.2 and so on. You may start in the middle of the series and loop. We recommend completing a full series in order to benefit from the curriculum. Weekly (one day per week) and daily (week-long) options are available.

The description and supply needs of each series can be found using the buttons below. Reminder emails will be sent in advance of each series.

The first class may be extended by 10 minutes to assist students with setting up their equipment and work area.

Each class will require:

  • Space at home to work (table top at least 3’ wide and 20” deep)
  • An electronic device with webcam and microphone
  • Art supplies listed in the series page
  • Other supplies easily found at home

Online Programs

Art Exploration Series (Ages 5 – 7)

Each online series refer to the same ‘special words’ to help students build their understanding of fine art terms. Students will learn ‘special words’ used in fine art making, how to mix colors, how to use the color wheel and more. In addition, our online classes will teach and encourage students to take care of and store the supplies they use. Though our online classes are designed to fully engage and empower children to attend the class and complete their work independently, parents of students ages 5-6 should remain within earshot during the class to deal with unforeseen issues.
